If you grew up in the home of acclaimed film writer, Ceasar Amigo, it would be difficult to stay away from the world of entertainment. So, while Marika started out in advertising, she quickly became a production force to be reckoned with.
At 23, she started her own business, AVEX, one of only 5 audio visual production companies in manila in its time.
Producing a wider range of entertainment came when she married musical director/arrange/producer Carlo Bulahan. Together, they set up Brainstorm Productions, where they created audio/visual projects, events, and music productions for clients like Nestle, SMART, ABS-CBN,, and many more.
